What does your company do?

West Trailer ApS is a company based in Them near Silkeborg, from which we run webshops in four countries selling trailer spare parts: nettotrailer.dk (Denmark), nettotrailer.se (Sweden), nettotrailer.no (Norway), and nettotrailer.de (Germany).

What is the goal of your business?

Our goal is to be the most professional supplier of trailer spare parts in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Germany—to have deep expertise in the field and to deliver top‑class customer service.

Why did you choose Herodesk?

We currently use only the chat function in Herodesk.

After using a competing product, we learned about Herodesk, which met many more requirements for a chat module than our previous solution.

We also found Herodesk to be far more intuitive for our customer‑service staff.

What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

Our favorite feature in the Herodesk chat is definitely the use of AI—our chat can now automatically answer a variety of customer questions without our intervention, which of course saves us time.

If a “human” reply is needed, it’s easy to step into the conversation.

Our daily work has become easier with Herodesk, since we no longer have to scroll through multiple chat threads to find the one we were working on.
