Maya Freya is a webshop that sells colorful leggings, capris, shorts, and tops under our own brand.
Our goal is to provide lightning-fast delivery, quality products, and ensure our customers feel seen and heard. We also aim to be their go-to choice when it’s time to refresh their wardrobe with everyday clothing. That’s why we constantly involve our customers in decisions regarding designs, colors, etc.
As we grow and expand into more markets, we needed a tool to consolidate all our emails and segment them by different countries. We found this with Herodesk, which has a lot of great features for this purpose. It’s also reassuring to know that we can always reach Anders whenever we have questions.
Herodesk is still new to us, but we appreciate that we can delegate emails to different team members and have a better overall overview.
We now experience that our emails are organized, which is really nice and manageable.
