Icon Beauty is an online webshop offering a selection of beauty and care products, including our own vegan brand as well as carefully selected Nordic brands.

We focus on delivering products that combine quality, sustainability, and good prices, so our customers can find something suitable for both everyday life and special occasions.

We carefully curate our selection to ensure we offer both innovative new products and timeless favorites.

What is the goal of your business?

Our goal is to create a shopping experience that makes it easy and inspiring to find beauty products that suit individual needs and preferences.

We want to be the preferred webshop for customers who value quality, sustainability, and good service.

What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

My absolute favorite is their AI features, because they truly make a difference in our daily work. The AI assistant helps summarize conversations, improve the language in our messages – including grammar, tone, and professionalism – and suggest the next steps in customer dialogues.

In addition, the automatic translation of both incoming and outgoing messages ensures we can communicate fluently with customers in any language without extra effort. Finally, the AI-powered rules make it possible to understand a customer’s intent in a message – for example, whether they want to change or cancel an order, or if the tone requires special attention – and then automatically trigger the right workflows based on that.

How does Herodesk make your daily life easier?

Again, it’s the AI part — it makes a huge difference. By automating sentences, translations, and reply suggestions, it ensures both faster case handling and higher quality in our customer interactions.
