I chose Herodesk as a customer service software primarily because it is a Danish startup that truly puts the customer at the center! The system is easy to use and can handle basic customer service issues that are needed! And the price is very competitive compared to competitors.
My favorite feature is the ease of use of the system in general, everything is easy to figure out.
