What does your company do?

Happy Seasons, formerly Jule-Sweaters, produces our own collections of cozy clothing such as pajamas, Christmas sweaters, and other comfy garments for those hyggelige moments.

What is the goal of your business?

To spread hygge across Europe with our range of soft and cozy sweaters and pajamas.

Why did you choose Herodesk?

We chose Herodesk because we wanted an intuitive ticketing system that integrates well with our CMS and WMS – and Herodesk absolutely delivers on that. It’s also a huge plus for us to be able to support a Danish company at the same time.

What is your favorite feature in Herodesk?

My favorite feature is the automatic conversation analysis, which can detect if an order needs to be paused in our WMS due to a change in the order. It saves us from so many returns.

How does Herodesk make your daily life easier?

Automatic translation of messages from all over Europe, smart workflows, automatic tagging of inquiries. Overall, it’s just a streamlined and flexible system that makes our everyday life 100x easier.
