Other product updates:

  • Auto-hide the inbox list is available as a setting to give more space to the conversation view (#86b49qnqe)
  • Change conversation subject using Rules, either set it manually using replacement fields or have AI generate it based on the conversations content (#86b4cb3yh)
  • Option to remove Herodesk brandig of the live chat (for paid users) (#86b2cd38w)
  • Change a conversations status to “Pending” when a customer reacts to it with an emoji on Facebook or Instagram (#86b47mvjd)
  • Give the “internal note”-field a yellow background to make it more distinct (#86b4cxfpf)
  • Improve design of conversation list and make it easier to see who’s viewing a conversation (#86b47atb6)

 

Fixed bugs đŸĒ˛

  • The “send reply” moves out of the frame when the alert that someone else is also typing a reply is shown (#86b4jj40y)
  • iPhone push messages triggered on all unassigned conversations (#86b52b1hx)
  • Fixed conversation subject placement in mobile app

 

On top of this, we’ve spent a significant amount of time improving the “backend stuff”. Faster servers, better caching, more efficient job execution, etc.. All the “boring stuff” that helps ensure Herodesk is running fast and smooth, even with lots of new customers coming on every week.
