Here’s the full list of everything we implemented in June 2025:
Major Product Updates
👨💻 API & Webhooks
We’ve released a new API and webhooks, making it possible to integrate Herodesk with your own systems. [Read more here.]
↩️ New Sitesage Widget
We’ve built a new integration with Sitesage.dk, which brings their AI engine directly into Herodesk.
🎨 Updated Design
We’ve updated parts of the Herodesk product design to make it lighter and more user-friendly. The conversation widget on the right-hand side has also been refreshed—it now displays the most relevant data by default and hides the rest.
