We dedicated the month to improving our “core product” and updating as many things as possible. And we did! Here we go…
Major Product Updates
📝 Auto-translate settings per inbox (86b3wmz14)
Create rules for each inbox to automatically translate all incoming messages to your language, and all outgoing messages to either a specific language or the language the customer wrote to you in (which we auto-detect)
🔎 Search in message content (86b2cbxmk)
We have updated the search engine to also look in the content of each message in a conversation, both sent, received and internal notes. This makes it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.
💻 Improve the layout of tables on incoming messages (86b2y96vg)
We have spent a lot of time improving the layout and design of incoming messages, so that they better reflect the original message. This means tables, etc. are now shown correctly, making it easier for you to read.

Fixed bugs 🪲
- Live chat email verification was sent from the default channel address, not your own email address (86b47af8n)
- When a Rule should forward a conversation, it would fail if it tried to send to a known contact (86b4bw7u6)
- When forwarding an e-mail to Herodesk, the original sender email address was not shown in the message body (86b48482t)
