Our integration streamlines your workflows by automatically looking up your customers’ returns and claims in Reversio and displaying them directly in Herodesk.

Additionally, you can accept or reject a claim directly from Herodesk, as well as send new return labels to the customer.

Our Reversio widget gives you full insight into all your customers’ return orders and claims directly in Herodesk. This includes details such as:

  • Order Status
  • Products to be returned
  • Return reason
  • Resolution (return, refund, etc.)

Yes! Send us your latest invoice from the other provider. We will give you Herodesk Plus free of charge for the period you’ve already pre-paid with the other provider. Afterwards, you will pay for Herodesk as per our regular pricing and terms.
