Herodesk integrates with PeakWMS, giving you direct access to customer information and using artificial intelligence (AI) to prioritize orders in PeakWMS. All PeakWMS customers can use Herodesk as a free helpdesk system.

This integration works with all webshops that use PeakWMS for warehouse management.

In addition to data from your webshop system, this integration also allows you to view details from PeakWMS directly in Herodesk.

 

The integration automatically identifies your customers’ orders and displays all details about ordered items, their availability, remaining stock, inventory count, tracking codes, and more.

All order details available

The PeakWMS widget retrieves and displays all your customers’ orders directly in Herodesk. This includes details such as:

  • Order Status
  • Tracking codes & links
  • Stock status for each item on the order

Automatic prioritization with AI

Using artificial intelligence (AI), we can analyse customer inquiries in Herodesk to identify if a customer wants to change, cancel, or prioritise an order.

With the integration to PeakWMS, Herodesk can, both automatically or manually:

  • Pause order
  • Resume order
  • Prioritize order

This ensures that the most important packages are sent first, while those that need to be changed or cancelled are held back.
