Each Herodesk inbox comes with a system e-mail address. To get customer e-mails into Herodesk, you set up a forwarder from fx support@yourdomain.com. You can create multiple inboxes to organise customer questions according to your organisation, and have multiple emails forwarded to the same inbox.

Yes! Send us your latest invoice from the other provider. We will give you Herodesk Plus free of charge for the period you’ve already pre-paid with the other provider. Afterwards, you will pay for Herodesk as per our regular pricing and terms.
