Many of our customers have long requested the ability to search the content of the messages sent and received in Herodesk.
With this update, it’s now possible!
When you search for a word or phrase, we now match it against:
- Contact names, email addresses, and phone numbers
- Conversation IDs and subject lines
- Names of attached files
- The content of all messages across all conversations
We then perform a weighted search and present the 10 best-matching results.
This makes it easy to find what you’re looking for—even when searching across thousands of conversations with your customers.
