New Shopware integration

With close to 90.000 webshops worldwide using Shopware.com, its increasing popularity among professional e-commerce makes it an obvious decision for us also to integrate with that.

 

So today, we’re releasing our first Shopware integration for Herodesk!

 

The new Shopware widget serves four purposes:

  1. Quickly list all customers’ orders
  2. A deep-link from the order-list directly to your Shopware admin to make changes to it
  3. See all order details at a glance (status, payment, shipping, etc.)
  4. See shipping details, tracking codes and links directly to the carrier track and trace

 

With this integration, Shopware e-commercers no longer need to time asking the customer for their order number or doing manual lookup across multiple systems or screens.

Everything is listed in the right-hand panel of Herodesk, so you can quickly help your customers when they reach out to you.

 

The new Shopware integration is available now for all Herodesk Free, Basic & Plus customers.
