Hi there! I’m Anders, founder of Herodesk.
I’ve been an entrepreneur my entire life and spoken to thousands of customers on every channel imaginable. And one thing is clear:
We need a better way of doing customer support.
So, when I got the chance to start a new business, it was obvious to solve a pain we share: a super simple yet powerful and fairly priced customer support system.
I know how challenging it can be to start and run a small/mid-sized business. That’s why I feel so strongly about helping others succeed – at least with their customer support.
To help achieve this, Herodesk is built with a focus on being super simple & easy to use, powerful enough to facilitate the job to be done, while still being affordable.
We, at Herodesk, are using our product. The values we preach to our customers are the ones we live by ourselves.

Our Timeline
October, 2025: AI Agents
After months of work, we launched AI Agents on October 1st, 2025, with the ability to write suggested replies and AI Chat bot.
April, 2025: Helpcenters
Our helpcenter is launched, allowing our customers to write FAQs and articles to help their customers.
December, 2024: AI Translations
We integrate artificial intelligence (AI) directly into Herodesk, enabling 2-way translations of incoming and outgoing messages. A ground-breaking power feature.
November, 2024: First full time hire
A bit more than a year after launch, we hired Sara in a Customer Success Manager role. Our first full-time employee.
September, 2023: Launch!
On September 4th, 2023, Herodesk was released and officially opened for business! We got our first paying customer that same day.

Yes, Herodesk includes a customizable live chat widget you can install on your website.
You can combine this with our AI Agents and deploy them in your live chat to have an AI Chat bot on your website, too.
